Our office in San Francisco, CA was started by Dr. Wenli Loo in 2010 at the iconic 450 Sutter Building. This has been the home to our San Francisco location for over a decade. The office is conveniently located in Union Square with access to multiple sources of public transportation. Our modern personable office has served those working in the financial district/ downtown area along with local residents of San Francisco. We offer comprehensive dentistry with the latest technology while overlooking beautiful city views.
Our office in San Ramon, CA is our most recent addition. This location is over 30 years old previously lead by Dr. Garth Riopelle and acquired in 2021 by Dr. Wenli Loo. The office has been remodeled and equipped with all the latest technology such as same day crowns, 3D scans, and CBCT(Cone-Beam CT) imaging. This location offers everything from routine cleanings to invisilign and dental implants. Our San Ramon office is conveniently located at the Market Place Shopping Center and is the dental home to many families in the trivalley area.

Insurance
As a service to our patients, our practice accepts some in network PPO and out of network PPO plans. We are not part of any managed care network. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
